Note:
In many vehicles with an active 16 V antenna, only a filtered FM signal is transmitted, i.e. the DAB+ signal is outside the transmitted frequency range.

Solution:
Remove the active roof antenna and replace it with an active roof antenna such as the one mentioned here.
