The Riesling is considered the flagship of German viticulture and is most commonly grown here in the Palatinate. Our fine-tart Riesling goes particularly well with light dishes, sea and freshwater fish, boiled meat, poultry and also goes well with fresh cheese.

It is also popular for the typical Palatinate wine spritzer in the 0.5 l "Dubbeglas". True to the motto: "We have wine, we have to buy water", the spritzer is usually offered in a ratio of 2/3 wine, 1/3 water.
Its fine fruity note is reminiscent of pear and ripe mango.

Gewürztraminer is a monument to German wine culture. It is one of the highest-quality German grape varieties and is grown on only about 1% of the German land.
The aromatic bouquet makes the Gewürztraminer a top wine. It captivates with a fresh taste of lychee and peach.
Our well matured and sweet tasting Gewürztraminer is highly appreciated as an aperitif.

Sparkling Secco is the alternative to sparkling wine. Our fresh sparkling wine from the Palatinate is a German wine to which carbonic acid is added to give it that "tingling" sensation. It convinces with its fruity, tart and at the same time youthful sparkling note. With relatively little alcohol, the Secco is recommended as an ideal aperitif even in hot temperatures.

Prickelnder Secco ist die Alternative zum Sekt. Unser frischer Perlwein aus der Pfalz ist ein deutscher Wein, der mit Kohlensäure versetzt wird und ihm das „Prickeln“ verleiht. Er überzeugt durch seine fruchtig herbe und zugleich jugendliche spritzige Note. Mit relativ wenig Alkohol empfiehlt sich der Secco als idealer Aperitif auch bei heißen Temperaturen.

Our velvety Dornfelder is also a typical wine for the Palatinate. With its bright red colour, it complements any table setting. It has a gentle spiciness that tastes round and aromatic. With its fine juniper note and a hint of laurel, it goes very well with game and meat dishes. It also rounds off the typical hearty Palatinate dishes very well. 12 % vol. 0,75 L Tip: Before enjoying, the Dornfelder should be opened for a while to air well. This allows it to unfold its full aroma.

Roséwein ist mittlerweile ein sehr beliebter und etablierter Wein in der Weinszene. Er ist ein spritziger Wein mit Weißweincharakter, der aus den roten Trauben unserer Spätburgunder Weinrebe gewonnen wird. Er weist ein frisches Aroma der Erdbeere auf und ist im Sommer besonders beliebt. Im Ausland wird er meist "Pinot Noir Rose" genannt.

The Pinot Gris convinces with its mineral freshness. Light nuances of rosemary and avocado on the tongue and the slightly nutty taste in the finish form an exciting palate experience. The aromas are harmonious and balanced.
