The Sun Pearl modules are manufactured with the innovative shingle technology. Without the surface cell connectors (bus bars) and with black back foil, the module with its dark mono-cells has a homogeneous appearance. Each individual string supplies the full module voltage. The strings are connected in parallel and therefore the module can provide the power of the remaining strings despite shading of individual cells or strings.
The solar panel features high-quality Sun Pearl cells. The shingle cell technology divides the panel into 3 parallel branches. If one branch is covered by shade, the other branches continue to operate. Therefore, the shade resistance of these panels is very high.
