If you own a Mercedes with navigation or original radio without coloured telephone buttons (up to approx. 2008) and want to retrofit another car radio, then you need this must adapter. The adapter operates the light guide ring (must ring), switches on the amplifier, converts the analogue cinch signals into digital light signals and establishes the connection to the steering wheel remote control.
For universal radios from Alpine, Clarion, Pioneer, Kenwood, JVC
- suitable for Mercedes with Audio Gateway sound system (not with radio APS20)
- with steering wheel control
- The following signals are provided: ignition, lighting, reverse gear and new: speed signal

E-Class (W211, S211) pre-facelift (approx. 2002-2006)
CLS-Class (W219) pre-facelift (approx. 2004-2008)
S-Class (W220) only with Audio Gateway
