In a camper van or caravan, a stable internet connection for a smartphone, tablet, laptop, smart TV, or game console is often a challenge. SELFSAT offers various solutions for Wi-Fi coverage on the go. This model is particularly convenient thanks to its eSIM feature, which allows the use of up to six eSIM profiles, for example, when abroad, in addition to the use of physical SIM cards. SELFSAT routers can be operated via the 12/24 volt vehicle electrical system and receive Wi-Fi or mobile network signals from outside, broadcasting them as a private, protected Wi-Fi network within the vehicle. An external antenna ensures good reception and bypasses the shielding of the vehicle's outer shell. Installation is simple, and the antenna is dust and waterproof. Connection to the router is established via QR codes or Wi-Fi name and password. Operation is user-friendly, taking place via the internet browser and therefore requiring no separate app. The router supports logging into campsite Wi-Fi networks with a login page (captive portal), GPS tracking of the motorhome, installing VPNs for streaming abroad, and is Starlink compatible.
